About Jim Anderberg
Hidden behind a forest of singers, mic stands and cymbals is the human metronome Jim Anderberg, drummer of The Noisy Neighbors. A mild mannered CAD operator and computer support person by day, Jim transforms into a mild mannered rock drummer by night. To describe his style, think less John "Bonzo" Bonham and more Charlie Watts, way more.

Jim is considered to be the founder of the band. Beyond the keeper of the tempo, he has the space to practice, a supportive wife and a big van. When Jim isn’t busy practicing or performing he is usually stuck in traffic or watching too much TV.

The gear: very standard 5 Piece Tama Imperial Series kit with heavy duty Tama Stage cymbal stands, considered vintage by many drum bloggers. "Hey, I bought that set new in ’85!". Recent upgrades include a Tama Stewart Copeland Signature snare, an Iron Cobra dual chain drive kick pedal made by Tama, an assortment of Zildjian A Custom series cymbals and a Roc-n-Soc throne.

"You know you've hit the big time when the gig check bounces." We've hit the big time…twice.
